Goal |
Our primary goal is to provide organized play in basketball and baseball for all members, in an environment where sportsmanship, fair play, and participation are the guiding principles. This organization was founded to give children of all skill levels an opportunity to play in a safe, nurturing and healthy atmosphere.
The organization works to achieve this mission through its two-tiered program. The league/roster teams are intended to offer opportunities to participate at a level of play that is exclusive of players participating in High School programs. The open/tournament teams are intended to provide opportunities for players who decide that they want to participate at a higher competitive level. |
The BCSFYAO offers a program for developing baseball and basketball skills and sportsmanship for boys & girls starting from kindergarten through high school. Our program starts with the instructional level, kindergarten through 3rd grade, where they focus on fundamentals developing a love for the game. League roster teams are formed for 4th grade through high school. In addition, the BCSFYAO has Open tournament teams for the 6th through 12th grades, which are our select competitive teams that compete in club tournaments.
