Cross the Bay Bridge towards Oakland and follow I-880 south towards San Jose.
Take Broadway/Alameda exit and turn right on 5th street.
Go at least three blocks, merge into left lane and follow signs to Alameda via the Webster Street Tube.
Upon exiting the tube, follow Webster St to Atlantic Avenue and turn right.
Follow Atlantic Avenue  through the gate into Alameda Point (formerly Naval Air Station Alameda).
Turn right at Ferry Point.
Turn left at W Tower Ave.
Immediate right turn at Pan Am Way .
Left turn at Redline Ave (Pan Am Way dead-ends).
Proceed down Redline until you see the gym on the right-hand side (parking lot on left-side)
